Flag Day – Italy’s Flag Day

I inform you that the green signifies Italy’s lands and hope, the white means faith and the snow-capped Alps, and the red signifies the bloodshed spilled to have Italy liberated and unified from the Fascist Regime under Benito Mussolini. This integral and historical facet of history is very notable and very much celebrated as it commemorates Italy’s adoption of the Flag.
